Refund and Returns Policy

 

Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, labels, and hygienic liners must remain attached.

  • Item must be free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any sign of wear.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Panties (unless part of a set and the full set is unworn and returned intact)

  • Bodysuits after try-on

  • Sale/Discounted items marked Final Sale

Return Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:
Email us at support@lemourra.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to help (subject to availability).
Exchange shipping fees may apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If rejected due to hygiene or wear issues, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve this promptly at no extra cost to you.
